"The multizone heating and cooling system takes a bit of learning but works as expected. In the walkthrough, Chris spotted and marked a number of very minor defects that we had not even noticed. We were able to integrate a hard wired (and wireless) home network with minimal fuss. Although there was ample cable infrastructure we opted for a TCP/IP television system as well. No additional in wall wiring was needed."
